How we solve it

From Our Fields to Your Feed Trough

Every year, good fodder runs short in one part of India while Punjab grows more than it can use. Here is the gap, and how we close it.

The Problem: Months Without Green Fodder

Every year, farmers in cold and dry areas go months without green fodder. Animals still need to eat every day, so farmers buy costly feed, spend hours cutting and carrying whatever they can find, and still can't give their animals the same nutrition every day. Animals get weak and milk drops. At the same time, Punjab grows more maize than its own animals can eat. The fodder exists. It just isn't reaching the farms that need it.

The Solution: Punjab's Maize, Delivered to Your Farm

Sardar Silage moves good fodder from where there's extra to where it's missing. We cut maize at the right time, crush every grain and seal each bale the same day, so the nutrients stay inside. Each bale stays fresh for up to 18 months, and we deliver full trucks anywhere in India. You stock it once and feed it all year: no daily cutting, no waste and no empty months. Your cows and buffaloes keep giving milk, your sheep and goats keep growing, and your herd stays strong in every season.

Machinery used

The machines behind every bale

The faster maize goes from field to wrapped bale, the better it ferments. That's why we invested in machines, not just labour.

  • A telehandler with a bale grab loading wrapped bales onto a truck

    Telehandler with bale grab

Lifts and stacks bales without tearing the wrap, so no air gets in before the silage reaches you.

  • A front loader lifting wrapped bales up into a truck

    Front loaders

Move hundreds of bales an hour in the yard.

  • Wrapped bales under the covered storage shed at the Bhadson yard

    Covered storage sheds

Bales stay out of rain and direct sun until loading.
